Our DNA is digital and has been since 1999
First-class software enables first-class service, and the experience from the service business is effectively used software development.
We develop highly scalable software and infrastructure solutions to create, maintain and host websites – with the goal of sustainably supporting small businesses in their digitalization process. At the heart of our offering is the award-winning and certified CM4all software which is already used by more than 10,000 business customers and three million end consumers worldwide. Target group-oriented services such as consulting, website creation with contents and applications for 240 professions as well as customer service and online marketing, round off our portfolio.
We draw on comprehensive industry expertise and a strong network of over 100 partners from the industry sector and from telecommunications. Numerous companies such as Villeroy & Boch, Brillux or Datev have developed new communication channels for their sales partners in cooperation with us and thus create future-proof, digital networks. Additionally, we provide more than 70 renowned telecommunication providers such as Deutsche Telekom and STRATO with easily integrated solutions with which they can efficiently extend their service offering and target groups.
We also include web4business – Digitale Service Agentur GmbH which has operated the direct customer business for more than ten years. In our Cologne, Germany, headquarters as well as our subsidiaries in Berlin and Erfurt, Germany, and Boston, USA, we employ more than 150 highly motivated employees.
